CORI Background Check

For 2010, Apponequet Junior Football and Cheerleading will continue to use an on-line background check company instead of the Pop Warner forms we have used in previous years.

This check is valid for two (2) years. If you filled out the on-line form for 2009, you do not need to fill this out for 2010.

We will once again be using the NCSI - National Center for Safety Initiatives, at www.ncsisafe.com. Volunteers should visit the NCSI site and fill out the on-line background screening self registration.

You will need to enter the Self Registration ID number. Please contact Lisa ( ), Diane (), or John () to get the number.
