2010 AJFC Registration Information

Registration for the 2010 AJF season was held on March 27, 2010.
If you missed it, it's not too late!

1. Complete and print the registration form and refund policy, below.
2. Mail these forms, with a check for $25, to:

3. For football players, be sure to record your child's weight in the space provided at the bottom of the registration form.
4. Read and print the 2010 registration information handout.
